My favorite place in the mall as this is my first time coming to this cheese cake factory restaurant. I am looking forward to eating the food. As I know they have the best quality. Came out here with a good college friend of mines. I got the jambalaya chicken as that is my favorite dish the service and hospitality is immaculate. Great time to unwind from the Bet experience weekend. Didn’t have to wait in line to get my food which was the best part.

We absolutely LOVE The Cheesecake Factory! It's one of our go to spots for a nice meal, and honestly, it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the portions are huge. You definitely get your money’s worth. The menu is massive, which we love because there’s literally something for everyone. Whether you’re in the mood for pasta, burgers, salads, seafood, or comfort food, they’ve got it all. You could come here ten times and still not try everything! But let’s be real the star of the show is the cheesecake. Their cheesecake is absolutely next level. There are so many flavors to choose from, and each one is rich, creamy, and just the perfect treat to end your meal. We always try a different one, and they’ve all been amazing. Most plates run around $15 and up, but considering the portion sizes and quality, it’s totally worth it. We love coming here for date nights, family dinners, or just when we want to treat ourselves. Went there at night on a weekday to catch up with some friends. The ambience at Cheesecake Factory as always is very nice. Dimly lit, calm vibes. But our server was not it. Very stand off ish. We were talking for some time catching up, so as it goes she came by two times before we were ready to order. The way this server gave us the least energy was honestly not something I cared for. I usually have a great experience at this chain but this server must have been having an off day or something. Sometimes she wouldn’t even dignify a response. Just walk away. Towards the end of the service when the tip was around the corner all of a sudden the “hey sis I got you” came out. And that’s just not the right way. Sadly didn’t get her name but that’s was a very poor service. Still did end up tipping because it’s expected but didn’t feel right. Apart from that we got their vodka red sauce penne pasta, their version of mozzarella sticks, and these buffalo blasts. All the food was delicious and would recommend the pasta we got!

I have eaten at this location many times over the years with mostly forgettable service. The server today blew me away. Kirk was professional, came to check on my table numerous times and everything was delivered efficiently. Kirk even offered two full baguettes and an iced tea to go! He said he has worked there for over five years and it really showed. In addition, the portions for the lunch specials were hearty and delicious. Thank you, Kirk!

Had to wait 30 minutes to a get a table. Extremely busy. Labor Day holiday! Ordered miso salmon and a pasta dish . They brought the salmon first and forgot about the pasta dish. Had to remind them we also had a glass of wine! Salmon was very dry and not moist. Very disappointing. Their sour dough rocks. I hope they up their game. Too many competition.
